Designed to increase strength over 12 weeks using a science-backed progressive training structure. This training program is accessible to all: foundations of safety & technique are a main focus. Novice lifters will be advised. Experienced lifters will be challenged.
Training sessions are 45 mins each.
Recommendations to achieve results: 2x wk Novice lifters. 2-4x wk Experienced lifters.

FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING
During weeks 1-2 of the challenge you will focus on building a strong base to grow from. Work through familiar movements with more weight and control than ever before!

POWER & ATHLETICISM
Week 7-8 ties all new movements together in a progression that you have never seen before! Strength and coordination are at the core of this segment.
HYPERTROPHY
Weeks 3- 5 are focussed on hypertrophy (a scientifically backed approach to building muscle)! Each day will focus on either upper, lower, or full body strength!

Week 9 is building from everything we have already learned to continue and increase weight! Nothing can stop you now!!!
